Sunday Jazz Continues on a sunny afternoon in Atlanta; the cold rain has left the city!! Enjoying this day, cruising down I-20 in Atlanta the gateway / runway to the universe; chilling out, even though Bobby Blue Bland said "Ain't No Love In the Heart Of The City" ...confirmed by the street committee amened by naysayers, that feeling is from city to city / state to state / country to country.. "It's rough out here in these streets" ; these players will play on, but shady dealing is revealed from types like Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell; so, what's up with this country? "It's rough out here in these streets" ; contemplated on while listening to City Country City by War; next up was this Shakatak with a track called Out of This World Check out the players and the track as we bring it back after being spaced out / transported out of this world!!
Digital Crate Digging Continues on a Music Monday; excuse us as we hit the ground running... The saga / struggle continues or I could say life goes on; excuse us, as we drop the sound; we've got the funky drummer drumming.. The saga / struggle continues as the toil and strife goes on another level, taken to the bridge by another devil? but the brotha Talib Kweli mentioned a Beautiful Struggle... Avoiding the O-Jay's Backstabber with the knife going on a rampage like it's the London Bridge, or cats with the heavier artillery at US Naval Bases in Hawaii and Florida; so what it do? Not devoid of funk, O-Dizzle plays some of this classic jazz funk / soul jazz from Shakatak with a track called If You Could See Me Now.. Filling the void? that's the dizzle as plans fall apart / fizzle but blessings from the Lord brought as back; told naysayers, "If You Could See Me Now" Filling the void? Oh Yes!! Monday motivation is provided as we continue to ride for it; what? freedom!! Check out the players and the good music playing, O-Dog Day Partying and a Sunday Jazz continuation!!
