The J.B.’s – Doing It To Death (Pts. 1 & 2)

Digital Crate Digging Continues as we proceed and continue with this HumpDay Extravaganza!

We’re putting it down like this, broadcasting live and direct from our remote outpost out off of I-20 in Atlanta!!

I’ve been here in Atlanta, not stranded like Southwest Airlines passengers, plus I’m not out on the coastline, with the coastal elites!

I’ve been here in Atlanta!! somebody will understand me when I say I’m usually the most obvious one to meet opposition…

…from the thought, fashion and even the morality police plus I mentioned earlier there’s no justice or peace but I’m still jumping, taking a leap of faith to keep living.

Random thoughts are expressed plus the beats are bumping, we keep dropping this funk!! check out this classic from The J.B.’s with Doing It To Death (Pts. 1 & 2)

Oh yes!! supreme funk from James Brown with help from Fred Wesley, Maceo Parker and other original funkateers!! check it out to see what’s up / what it do!!

Maceo Parker - Shake Everything You've Got

Sunday Jazz Continues along with our Digital Digging In The Crates concept, as we do our due diligence!

We’re dropping this good music along with the good word, considered borderline belligerence!

Brotha O? hip hopping is all about DJ's cutting it up on the ones and twos with scratching / sampling / whatever, but there's nothing like a live band!!

Especially per this Sunday Jazz concept, we’re all up in it! still broadcasting live and direct from our remote outpost out off of I-20 in Atlanta; like I said, all the way live man!

Check  out James Brown proteges Maceo Parker and Fred Wesley...along with some other funkateers wanting folks up in the spot to shake everything they've got!!

Check us out as we Sunday Jazz and set this O-Dog Day Party off simultaneously!! we're celebrating life, y'all should know it's a blessing to be here!! this is what it do / what we've got!!

I'm tripping out for a minute or two!! Checking out this mini concert / vintage footage of the Godfather of Soul   JAMES BROWN with Sex Machine, Good Foot, Soul Power, Escapism, and Make It Funky.

He's got the funk mafia with him, Maceo Parker, Fred Wesley and the rest of the posse!!

Holla at me, as we set this O-Dog Day Party off in a traditional way; hmm, is it because it's Black History Month?

Like James Brown would say, Get Into It and Get Involved!! Let's Go!! those that are slacking need to watch their mouth!!

Kei Kobayashi - It's Just Began in Africa

Sunday Jazz Continues check these menus as we serve brunch to the masses.

It’s based on this East Coast time frame, worldwide the timing is different but this science is appropriate as we conduct these seminars and classes!

Not trying to brag or boast / not trying to waste your time or mine with this good word!

We’re dropping this good music, for chilling out on this Sunday or any day it’s conducive, you heard?

We’re coming through listening to this Kei Kobayashi track call It’s Just Began In Africa!

Not related to the Omicron Covid variant,  it probably started elsewhere!! meanwhile we’re getting funky with it talking about the origination of this funky sound! y’all should know it began in Africa!

Hipped to Kei Kobayashi earlier when I posted a track where he worked with Fred Wesley and Pee Wee Ellis

Check the sound as science is dropped on these naysayers by these players; “ain’t nothing they can tell us”

James Brown · The J.B.’s – Slaughter Theme

Sunday Jazz Continues on another hot 90 degree afternoon in the city of Atlanta..
Some will spaz, menus lack meals with nutrition, others are accused of acting brand new showing ambition like Kamala Harris? hard to understand another..
Some will razz others in these venues like comedians, sounding  likeNancy Pelosi losing confidence in Dr. Deborah Birx but America knows how it works; the Doctor is just trying to stay on the payroll…
Some will razz others in these venues like comedians, O-Zone? themothership just landed me back on earth like the NASA / Space X mission just landed in the ocean; still not feeling how  people like Elon Musk roll..
Please! we see how these jokers play / how they roll; meanwhile we’re sonic assaulting jokers like James Brown and The J.B.’s talking aboutSlaughter with Slaughter Theme…
Knowledge dropped by James Brown? “it’s time for the turnaround, change things from the front to back” ; “it’s a deal you can’t refuse” / if the hit man don’t get you then Slaughter will”; check out the track “so you can see what he’s saying”

Bootsy Collins – Fat Cat

Digital Crate Digging Continues as we get this Humpday Extravaganza underway…
The saga / struggle continues aka life goes on, getting over the hump is on these menus!! understand, this is how O-Zone will play…
Obstacles in the way? of course, y’all know how the system will play!! I keep mentioning we’re in the midst of twin pandemics, Covid 19 and systemic racism..
Obstacles in the way?  we’re focused but check the changing narrative / news cycle , peep game on how the system is playing..
Looking the other way? corporate sponsors are looting the treasury like overqualified / unqualified PPP Loan recipients whose pockets were “already swollen”
Bootsy Collins mentioned the Fat Cat as that P Funk will play per this O-Dog Day Party; check out the players and the track as they get open!!
