Per Halloween? heard ghoulish laughs and sinister screams from others shouting ain't that a shame due to the deception.

The aforementioned geopolitical issues? thats  the reception we get from karma.

Time to pay also time to pray, based on how these crooks / crimies play? it should alarm you.
