Life Is A Marathon / We Kept On Running PT. 8

Not quitting  / stopping I'm like some of my constituents; they're signing a covenant of hope with themselves.

But some, like naysayers influenced by the thought and fashion police felt threatened by the mistaken silences. Weird? quiet is kept, maybe arrogance or focus? they don't know what to make of it, so what lit the internal fires?

Otherwise jokers aren't playing fair with that and this; blame it on the New Moon in Sagittarius?

Life is a marathon so we kept on running even though we know some of these folks are nefarious.

 

 Prepare Yourself! various ways and means are used by them saying its all love; bonds of forever? was it some kind of fantasy?

But I am praying for them, exercising supreme power! especially after I saw security with the pistol drawn ready for the wayward youth whose friends were telling him to stand down!

The media is playing them, too much Grand Theft Auto 5? out in Clayton County if Victor Hill was still in charge he wouldn't play that jive, criminals would stand down!!

Just like Trump did his insurrectionists but they ended up bum rushing the Capitol anyway, like the FBI rushed Trumps spot!

Meanwhile beats bump in this and that section and this good word is dropped as we exercise power, rocking the spot!

Oh yeah! we’re exercising power of the supreme kind to go along with the supreme courage that my people will  need!

 We heard the shot clock expire, no last minute shot from the enemy!! I guess the game is over!

Did jokers box out at the Dirt Bowl Championship game up in Louisville? they say Newburg beat the East End! so now y'all know what the deal will be!!!

Broken hearted, due to the flooding situation;  I see Biden had to pay a visit to Eastern Kentucky!

I just passed through Eastern Kentucky rolling down the Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Trail but that game is over , now you can catch me dipping down I-20 in Atlanta!

 Started writing this on a Sunday morning, trying to be easy like the Commodores; chilling out reflecting checking the scores!

I noticed the game is over for some, others will play the war drums ready to fight, it seems peace bores..

..them; so what’s really going on / what’s happening? it seems we’re all on a long winding road into the unknown.

On the radio? a lonely serenade played; was the game over? another sad love song per Toni Braxton? facts for some but I didn’t like the bass / treble/ tone. For others? Levert Casanova moves were made, check the song, the game is not over! go nowhere without my love was the chorus / refrain. Playing fair? no, spotted how these jokers swerved with it, check the collateral damage injuries inadvertent! it’s just more pain.

Is the game over? Damn! I was trying to sing a simple song like Sly and The Family Stone but the vocal cord was unplugged!

Now what’s up with this Brotha O-Zone? I’m writing feverishly like I was drugged! In this danger zone? work is being put in!! in the background I heard Earth Wind and Fire. They’re playing Serpentine Fire, oh no it’s not a lonely serenade! it’s the jam / it’s fire!

They didn’t fake the funk so it’ll inspire, so I proceed and continue to put work in!

The Game Is Over (Part Eight)

 We’re kicking this Fabulous Friday off! we're broadcasting live and direct from our remote outpost out off of I-20 in Atlanta!! the game is not over  all praises due, y’all know it’s a blessing to be here!

Flashback Friday business is also handled, the saga / struggle continues aka life goes on as the toil and strife goes on all the way back to my Louisville days! justice for Breonna Taylor? we’ll see if they take it there!

Flashback Friday business? back in the day up in Louisville?  they weren’t playing fair, morale was low; was the game over? I told some the sad eyes revealed your dark fragility.

Time and trauma take a toll, for some the game is over but some exercised supreme courage and maximum strength, I see you won’t go willingly. Even though they say the game is over and your ability is questioned but you won’t ask; what can I do? You’ll show them the game is not over for you exercising power! showing them what the deal will be / what you can do!

Now heard saying you can catch me chilling out per the Outback Chronicles out in the solarium. The word on the curb / word in the wind? shady dealings are going down out there! I even told take me out of the rotation. The game is over I’m through playing games I don’t belong, even though we switched to Leo season it doesn’t matter.  I’m out here on a reconnaissance mission on this Monday morning, or actually any day;  had to admit the outlook was bleak. 

It seems like for some the game is over! I smelled the weed smoke, plus I spotted the empty Dragon Fruit White Owl pack plus the empty Jack Daniels bottle; damn! somebody was on a streak!

The game is not over for us! even though the traffic is bad over here on the Eastside we keep rolling down I-20 in Atlanta ignoring Fast and Furious types in Dodge Chargers and Chevy Camaros! the mothership gets good mileage, not a contraption.

Rest assured it gets busy, on local / national / international and intergalactic fronts we’re still in the action! Found a cure per Ashford and Simpson so we’re catching up on our pimping with a vision of hope, will it take us galaxies away? Promises of an extravaganza like our HumpDay segment? the game is not over can you dig it? we’ll continue to play!

Somebody will understand a brotha when I continue to say that the game is over based on observing the scene!

Asking myself where did the mothership land a brotha? these earthlings are slick with it / sick with it / obscene!

 We let you know about the bigger plan earlier, plus we’re still handling Throwback Thursday / Thankful Thursday business trying to stay ahead in the game!

I mentioned earlier it’s all game, and some have no shame; self destruction is an art they’ll continue to exhibit.

Oh! what’s up with the gluttons for punishment? they’ll be consistent! The Game Is Over for those dancing with the devil, without a doubt! just see how they cavort.. ..around; they call themselves putting it down! but I had to admit they’ll soldier on in life / the sport.

They’re playing their positions, with Lebron James ambitions, they might even want to get traded like Kevin Durant!

O-Zone has this good word and O-Dog has the beats;  when we're rolling up with a small army, this breakbeat science is weaponized!!  we're blasting rounds at those faking the funk out in these streets!! for them the game is over!!  the enemy is dropped.
